Some of you may have noticed that I’ve been participating in the TCB Publishing Pride Month Flash Fiction Challenge for the month of June, Pride month.
You may not have noticed that I have included what I think is the most appropriate Tarot card for each story. These cards, hand picked by me and photographed from one of my personal Tarot decks, represent the overall aura of the story when I wrote it.
They represent a situation, a feeling, a hope, a person…simply put, they represent where my mind was at the time of my writing.
Because I set them all as “featured images” of each post, they have been cropped by my website software (WordPress) and I have now (with the 11th post) decided to add them into the post itself, as well, in order to show the entire card. I will also use the caption of the photo (card) to explain a tiny bit of what they mean to me.
