My niece, Karley, and her family –her mom is my sister, Tracy– are on the cover of Mind Matters, Spring 2012.  The magazine is put out by BrainInjuryMN.org.

Karley was diagnosed with epilepsy about three years ago and had a near-drowning accident three years ago this coming summer. It’s been a long road for them, but Karley is a smiley, happy girl. Certainly another story worth writing here.
