When I was a child in grade school Mrs. Murray was our music teacher. She came to the class rooms several times a week for “music”. There were pianos in each classroom and, in addition to some basic music education (timing, Bass clef, Treble clef, names of notes, etc.), she played and we sang along. The song I probably remember the best was “Its a Small World After All“. If you don’t know the song, give the link a listen…it’s worth it.
Anyway, that song instilled some desire in me to travel and see this so called small world. After a number…ahem, let’s not count them…of years, I have determined that the world is not so small after all. There are still many, many places to go…so many more than I will be able to attend to before…well before I won’t be able to attend to them anymore!
I have been many places, seen many things, but the best part…always…has been the people I have met along the way…any sometimes before the way and after the way.
